Main Entrance Door:
(a) Solid Wooden Frame and painted/polished decorated shutter.
(b) Check viewer.
(c) Calling bell.
(d) Name plate with apartment number.
(e) Handle with lock.
Internal Doors:
(a) Polished/painted single shutter flush door.
(b) Wall cover wooden frames.
(c) Door locks in all rooms.
Floors:
(a) Glazed Tiles.
(b) 4” tiled skirting.
Windows:
(a) Sliding Aluminum section as per architectural design.
(b) Tinted glass.
(c) Security grill.
Paintings:
(a) Plastic/distemper paint on interior walls and ceilings.
(b) Enamel paints on bathroom ceilings.
(c) Enamel paint on grills.
(d) Weather coat on out side walls.
Electrical:
(a) All electrical wirings, phone, dish, air conditioners, washing machine etc. lines will be concealed.
(b) All apartments will have separate electric meter.
(c) Intercom system with connection to concierge desk.
(d) All apartments will have electric switches, light fixtures, distribution box, circuit breakers, plug points etc.
Toilet:
(a) Glazed tiles on walls and floors.
(b) Colored or white commode and basin.
(c) Chrome plated toilet fixtures i/c pillar cocks, bib cocks, head shower, towel rail, soap case, toilet paper holder etc.
(d) Bath tub, shower tray, hot-cold line, marble counter top basin etc. depending on project feature.
Kitchen:
(a) Glazed tiles on walls along the counter top up to two feet height and tiled floors.
(b) Tiled/marble counter top, stainless steel sink, exhaust fan.
Security Systems:
Security system incorporates CCTV and digital cameras to monitor and record the activities of susceptible persons depending on the type of project. All the entries will be controlled from a central control room to respond rapidly in case of any occurrence.
Power supply system:
Project will be supplied with electric power from DESA/DESCO and there will be standby heavy duty power generation plant which shall fulfill the requirement of all power points except the air coolers.
Water Reservoir:
Underground and overhead water tank shall be constructed considering maximum consumption of water. |
